Diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid-functionalized multi-walled carbon nanotubes/titanium oxide-PVDF nanofiber membrane for effective separation of oil/water emulsion

Kanagaraj Venkatesh et al.

Summary: This study synthesized a DTPA/MWCNT/TiO2-PVDF nanofiber membrane with excellent oil-water separation capability, showing outstanding hydrophilicity and underwater oleophobicity. With a separation efficiency of over 97.4%, the membrane can be reused and exhibits long-term operation stability due to its excellent underwater anti-fouling performance.
