TsT, black holes, and T(T)over-bar + J(T)over-bar + T(J)over-bar

Summary: We generate a class of string backgrounds using TsT transformations and argue for their holographic duality with states in a deformed CFT2. The backgrounds include rotating black hole solutions and a smooth solution without a horizon. We provide evidence for the correspondence through deriving spectra, reproducing thermodynamics, and matching energies.

Entanglement entropy for TT, JT, TJ deformed holographic CFT

Summary: The geodesic equation for determining the Ryu-Takayanagi surface in AdS(3) deformed by single trace mu TT + epsilon +JT + epsilon -TJ deformation for generic values of (mu, epsilon (+), epsilon (-)) is derived. Lorentz invariance is broken for generic values of epsilon (+/-), leading to non-trivial embedding of the Ryu-Takayanagi surface in both time and spatial coordinates. The UV and IR behavior of entanglement entropy and the Casini-Huerta c-function are characterized, and various features of these observables in the (mu, epsilon (+), epsilon (-)) parameter space are discussed.

Black hole microstates from the worldsheet

Summary: This paper investigates a family of coset models and shows that consistency of the worldsheet CFT spectrum implies constraints on the gauging parameters. These constraints are also derived from an independent geometrical analysis. The study concludes that consistent backgrounds in these models are the JMaRT solutions and their limits, with further clarification provided by explicitly expressing the six-dimensional solutions in terms of five non-negative integers and a single length-scale.
