ABJM at strong coupling from M-theory, localization, and Lorentzian inversion

Luis F. Alday et al.

Summary: In this paper, we study the stress tensor multiplet four-point function in the 3d maximally supersymmetric ABJ(M) theory with Chern-Simons level k = 2. By using the Lorentzian inversion and Witten diagrams with supergravity R and the first higher derivative correction R-4 vertices, we compute the 1-loop correction to this holographic correlator. We find a precise match with the corresponding terms in the 11d M-theory S-matrix by taking the flat space limit. We conjecturally fix the contact terms by analytically continuing the inversion formula below its expected range of convergence and verify this conjecture using supersymmetric localization. The 1-loop corrections saturate the bounds in the large N regime, extending the previously observed match at tree level.

Regge trajectories for the (2,0) theories

Madalena Lemos et al.

Summary: This study investigates the structure of conformal Regge trajectories for the maximally supersymmetric (2, 0) theories in six dimensions, and reveals the interactions between super-descendant trajectories and their constraints on shape. It is found that supersymmetry softens the Regge behavior in the four-point function of the stress tensor multiplet and all physical operators in this correlator lie on Regge trajectories. An iterative scheme utilizing the Lorentzian inversion formula is described to bootstrap the four-point function.

Bootstrapping holographic defect correlators in N=4 super Yang-Mills

Julien Barrat et al.

Summary: In this study, we investigate the two-point functions of single-trace half-BPS operators in the presence of a supersymmetric Wilson line in N = 4 SYM. Using modern analytic bootstrap and an inversion formula, we reconstruct the CFT data from a single discontinuity of the correlator. In the planar strong coupling limit, we obtain closed-form expressions for two-point functions of single-trace operators of various weights and confirm that they satisfy the expected properties.

Precision bootstrap for the N=1 super-Ising model

Alexander Atanasov et al.

Summary: In this paper, we present an improved determination of scaling dimensions and OPE coefficients for the minimal supersymmetric extension of the 3d Ising model using the conformal bootstrap. We also demonstrate how this data can be utilized in the Lorentzian inversion formula to achieve good agreement between analytical calculations and numerical extremal spectra once mixing effects are resolved.

Bootstrapping mixed MN correlators in 3D

Stefanos R. Kousvos et al.

Summary: The study explores the mixed correlator systems of MN models with O(m) ⊗ O(n) symmetry using the modern conformal bootstrap method. Isolated allowed regions are discovered in the parameter space, and the generic tensor structures required to bootstrap any G(n) theory with arbitrary G are determined.

Two-loop supergravity on AdS5xS5 from CFT

J. M. Drummond et al.

Summary: The article describes the construction of the two-loop amplitude of four graviton supermultiplets in AdS(5)xS(5) using a specific Casimir operator. By capturing previous ansatzes and constraints, the correct result is determined, showing that the preamplitude captures ambiguities up to tree-level. Utilizing 'zigzag' integrals and crossing symmetry, a crossing symmetric function with the correct leading logarithmic discontinuities in all channels is constructed.

Navigating through the O(N) archipelago

Benoit Sirois

Summary: A novel navigator method for studying d-dimensional O(N) models is introduced in this paper. By navigating through the (d, N) plane, estimates of scaling dimensions in a specific range can be obtained. The study reveals that the non-unitary nature of O(N) models cannot be observed in certain numerical ranges.

6d (2,0) and M-theory at 1-loop

Luis F. Alday et al.

Summary: This study investigates the stress tensor multiplet four-point function in 6d maximally supersymmetric theories, which do not have a Lagrangian description. By using the analytic bootstrap method, the 1-loop correction to this holographic correlator is computed, contributing to the understanding of weakly coupled M-theory on AdS(7)x S-4 and AdS(7)x S-4/Z(2) in the large N limit. The precise agreement with terms in the 11d M-theory S-matrix is found in the flat space limit, with some terms calculated for the first time using two-particle unitarity cuts.

On genus-one string amplitudes on AdS5 x S5

Luis F. Alday

Summary: This study focuses on non-planar correlators in N = 4 super-Yang-Mills in Mellin space, particularly examining the stress tensor four-point correlator in terms of 1/N-4 order and strong coupling expansion. The results show that both the loop supergravity result and stringy corrections have a remarkably simple structure in Mellin space, demonstrating important properties such as the correct flat space limit and the structure of UV divergences.

ABJ correlators with weakly broken higher spin symmetry

Damon J. Binder et al.

Summary: In this study, four-point functions of operators in the stress tensor multiplet of the 3d N = 6 U(N)(k)x U(N + M)(-k) or SO(2)(2k)x USp(2 + 2M)(-k) ABJ theories were considered in a specific limit. The tree level stress tensor multiplet four-point function was fully determined using various Ward identities and the Lorentzian inversion formula, with parameters fixed for the ABJ theories. Comparison with numerical bootstrap conjecture showed good agreement in the higher spin regime.

Six-loop beta functions in general scalar theory

A. Bednyakov et al.

Summary: In this study, we examined a general renormalizable scalar field theory and derived six-loop beta functions for all parameters in d=4 dimensions within the (MS) over bar-scheme. By utilizing O(n)-symmetric model counter-terms and considering dimensionless couplings with a mass scale, we were able to extend the renormalization-group equations to higher loop orders for various vector, matrix, and tensor models. Furthermore, we applied our findings to derive new contributions to beta functions and anomalous dimensions in the scalar sector of the Two-Higgs-Doublet Model.

Non-planar universal anomalous dimension of twist-two operators with general Lorentz spin at four loops in N=4SYM theory

B. A. Kniehl et al.

Summary: In this study, the non-planar contribution to the universal anomalous dimension of twist-two operators in N = 4 supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory at four loops through Lorentz spin eighteen was computed and a general expression valid for arbitrary Lorentz spin was reconstructed based on the results of previous calculations and recent analytic results. Various properties of this general result were studied, including its large-spin limit and small-x limit, and a prediction for the non-planar contribution to the anomalous dimension of the single-magnon operator in the beta-deformed version of the theory was presented.

Summary: This review explores quantum field theories and conformal field theories with global symmetries in the large charge limit, revealing that at low energies, the sectors with large charge can be described using a hybrid form of Goldstone's theorem. The associated effective field theory in the infrared enables computation of anomalous dimensions and operator product expansion coefficients, offering a well-defined expansion in inverse powers of the global charge.

Bootstrapping Heisenberg magnets and their cubic instability

Shai M. Chester et al.

Summary: In this study, the critical O(3) model was investigated using numerical conformal bootstrap, with the use of a cutting-surface algorithm to efficiently map out the space of allowed conformal field theory data. By calculating the scaling dimensions of the main O(3) singlet s, vector phi, and rank-2 symmetric tensor t, it was found that the system described by the critical O(3) model is unstable to cubic anisotropy, as evidenced by introducing a new tip-finding algorithm to compute an upper bound on the leading rank-4 symmetric tensor t(4).
