Adaptive Contourlet Fusion Clustering for SAR Image Change Detection

Vessel Target Detection in Spaceborne-Airborne Collaborative SAR Images via Proposal and Polarization Fusion

Summary: This paper presents a vessel detection method through the fusion of synthetic aperture radar images acquired from spaceborne-airborne collaborative observations. The method combines target proposal and polarization information exploitation, using a triple-state proposal matrix and absolute polarization ratio to accurately detect vessel targets. Experimental results show that the proposed fusion method can yield higher target-to-clutter ratios for fused images and improve the detection performance for vessel targets.
