Investigating the Effects of Conditioned Media from Stem Cells of Human Exfoliated Deciduous Teeth on Dental Pulp Stem Cells

Huong Thu Vu et al.

Summary: This study investigates the potential of conditioned media derived from stem cells of human exfoliated deciduous teeth (SHED CM) on the regeneration of dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs). The results demonstrate that SHED CM promotes the proliferation, survival, migration, and odontoblastic differentiation of DPSCs. The analysis of SHED CM reveals the presence of various cytokines and growth factors that positively regulate cell function. These findings suggest that SHED CM could be beneficial for pulp regeneration.
