Summary: This study fills the knowledge gap regarding disciplinary differences in the need for research integrity (RI) support from Research Performing organisations (RPOs) and Research Funding organisations (RFOs). It reports on the results of focus group interviews in eight European countries, highlighting the priorities of researchers and stakeholders from different research areas, and provides six policy recommendations for RPOs and RFOs to improve research integrity.
