Predicting the potential global distribution of Sapindus mukorossi under climate change based on MaxEnt modelling

Yongxiang Li et al.

Summary: The study used the MaxEnt model to predict the suitable habitats of S. mukorossi and analyze the changes in its habitats under climate change from prehistory to the future. The results indicated that the suitable habitats of this tree species are likely to migrate to higher latitudes in response to future climate change.

Potential geographical distribution of the edangred plant Isoetes under human activities using MaxEnt and GARP

Jingtian Yang et al.

Summary: The study simulated the potential distribution of Isoetes L. using MaxEnt and GARP models based on environmental variables. Results showed that MaxEnt had more accurate prediction results and the suitable habitat of Isoetes L. was mainly distributed in southwestern China and southeastern coastal areas. The area of suitable habitats was decreasing due to human activities.

The complete chloroplast genome sequence of Sapindus delavayi, a species endemic to China

Xuyang Wang et al.

Summary: Sapindus delavayi, widely spread in central to southwest China, is an economically significant forest tree with a chloroplast genome of 159,861 bp. The phylogenetic analysis revealed a close relationship between S. delavayi and S. mukorossi.
