Ganjiang Bridge: A High-Speed Railway Long-Span Cable-Stayed Bridge Laying Ballastless Tracks

Xingwang Sheng et al.

Summary: The article introduces the widespread use of ballastless tracks in high-speed railways in China, but it has not yet been applied to long-span cable-stayed bridges. Taking Ganjiang Bridge as an example, the feasibility of laying ballastless tracks on long-span cable-stayed bridges is studied, highlighting the structural characteristics and safety of the bridge. Finally, the application of multi-scale finite element modeling techniques in analyzing such bridge structures is mentioned.

Impact of high-speed rail on urban residents' consumption in China-from a spatial perspective

Yanyan Zhang et al.

Summary: This study examines the impact of high-speed rail on urban residents' consumption from a spatial perspective using panel data from 285 prefecture-level cities in China from 2003 to 2017. The results show that the opening of HSR significantly affects consumption density and promotes consumption competition among cities. Additionally, the effects of HSR on consumption density vary in cities in eastern, central, and western China, suggesting the need for policy makers to adjust consumption guidance strategies based on regional characteristics.

Research on the fatigue performance of self-compacting concrete structure in CRTSIII slab ballastless track under the action of heavy haul train

Zhi-ping Zeng et al.

Summary: The study investigated the fatigue characteristics of the CRTS III type slab ballastless track structure under heavy-haul trains using a fatigue finite element numerical model. Results showed that a higher axle load led to a faster concrete damage rate and earlier cracking, with longitudinal tensile stress being greater than lateral stress.

Simulation Study on Vertical Deformation of CRTS III Slab Track under Ambient Temperature and Its Upgrade to Green Maintenance

Junzhao Zhou et al.

Summary: The simulation model developed in this study accurately reflects the temperature field and vertical displacement of the CRTS III slab ballastless track, providing technical data for track maintenance based on simulation results. By simulating different working conditions according to climatic conditions, the temperature field distribution and possible deformation of the slab track can be predicted, allowing for targeted maintenance and repair to reduce resources investment and achieve green maintenance goals.
