Chemical Potential Diagram Guided Rational Tuning of Electrical Properties: A Case Study of CsPbBr3 for X-ray Detection

Xinyuan Du et al.

Summary: This work investigates the doping tunability in lead halide perovskites using CsPbBr3 as an example. The coexistence of metallic Pb or CsBr3/Br-2 is found to provide chemical conditions for tuning electrical properties. Experimental results show that the Fermi level can be significantly shifted under Br-2 exposure, achieving one of the highest values among all doping methods. The X-ray detector based on intrinsic CsPbBr3 exhibits excellent performance.
