The use of laser-drilled screen printing enables quantitative placement of high-viscosity UV-curable liquids on substrates, facilitating nano/micro fabrication of various devices. This technology has been demonstrated in the fabrication of Au split ring resonators, Au four-terminal electrodes, and silicon line patterns.
