Rapid, highly sensitive, and highly repeatable printed porous paper humidity sensor

Xingzhe Zhang et al.

Summary: In this study, a new strategy to fabricate humidity sensors based on porous paper was reported. The sensors exhibited high sensitivity, quick response/recovery, high repeatability, and good stability. They were also highly foldable and twistable. Compared to previous humidity sensors, these sensors showed higher sensitivity and unique features, making them suitable for various applications including humidity sensing, breath detection, proximity detection, and non-touch switch.

Two dimensional Zirconium diselenide based humidity sensor for flexible electronics

Rayyan Ali Shaukat et al.

Summary: For the first time, a highly sensitive and fast humidity sensor based on 2D Zirconium Diselenide material has been proposed. The sensor shows a high sensitivity of 68 kO / %RH and has good linearity and stability over a wide detection range of 15-80% RH. The sensor has a transient response time of 1-6 seconds for impedance and capacitance, making it suitable for various humidity sensing applications.
