Co-detection of carmoisine and tartrazine by carbon paste electrode modified with ionic liquid and MoO3/WO3 nanocomposite

Somayeh Tajik et al.

Summary: A carbon paste electrode modified with ionic liquid and MoO3/WO3 nanocomposite was developed for co-detection of tartrazine and carmoisine using differential pulse voltammetry. The method exhibited improved electrochemical behaviors and high peak separation for the two compounds. The sensor showed good stability, selectivity, and successful detection of the compounds in real fruit specimens.
