Effect of the triple (Al, Ga, In) doping in ZnO nanostructures on its transmission, conductivity, and stability for TCO applications

Nishtha Saxena et al.

Summary: Simultaneous doping of three elements (Al, Ga, and In) in ZnO nanostructures improves transparency, conductivity, and stability. The triply doped ZnO shows better performance in these areas compared to individually doped ZnO. This suggests that doping of three elements may lead to significant improvement in properties for transparent conductive oxide applications.

Enhanced photocatalytic activity of St-ZnO nanorods for methylene blue dye degradation

Devaraj Bharathi et al.

Summary: In this study, zinc oxide nanorods were synthesized using leaf extract of Solanum trilobactum plant. The physicochemical properties of the nanorods were characterized and their photocatalytic property against methylene blue dye was investigated under sunlight irradiation. The nanorods showed high dye degradation efficiency and stability, making them suitable for reuse.
