Additionally, the potential role of (FeaqO2+)-O-IV in Fe-aq(2+)-based advanced oxidation processes (AOPs) is discussed, challenging the conventional view that free radicals dominate these AOPs.

Removal of organic contaminants from flowback water using Fenton process

Versatile DIY Route for Incorporation of a Wide Range of Electrode Materials into Rotating Ring Disk Electrodes

This study presents a method that uses 3D printing and machined brass components to produce RRDE housings that can accommodate any electrode material. The custom approach not only extends the range and usability of RRDEs, but also reduces the cost compared to commercial options. Additionally, boron-doped diamond (BDD) RRDEs are fabricated using this method for the first time, with experimental results aligning closely with theoretical predictions.

Electrochemical oxidation of aniline using Ti/RuO2-SnO2 and Ti/RuO2-IrO2 as anode

Scaling parameter of the lethal effect of mammalian cells based on radiation-induced OH radicals: effectiveness of direct action in radiation therapy
