Characterisation of nano-scale precipitates in BOR60 irradiated T91 steel using atom probe tomography

Guma Yeli et al.

Summary: Atom probe tomography has characterized the microstructural changes in T91 steel after irradiation at different temperatures, revealing the formation of MNS-enriched clusters between 376 and 415 degrees Celsius and segregation of Mn, Ni, Si, and P at the carbide matrix interface. Additionally, P segregation was observed only at 524 degrees Celsius after irradiation.
