Summary: Domains of antiferroelectric PbZrO3 have been studied. (111) PbZrO3 has lower field transitions and higher correlation of dipoles, making it a better choice for easily switching domains. The dielectric response of domain walls in (100) and (111) PbZrO3 is identical, but (111) PbZrO3 has a higher domain wall density.
