Effects of introducing CNTs and GPLs on mechanical, modal, thermal, and water uptake properties of twill basalt fiber-reinforced epoxy matrix composites

Effect of graphite particulate on mechanical characterization of hybrid polymer composites

Summary: Strengthening and rehabilitation of concrete structures using synthetic fiber reinforced polymers (FRP) are gaining popularity in the construction industry. This study investigates the strength and ductile behavior of concentrically loaded hybrid sisal basalt FRP (HSBFRP) confined concrete structures. The test results demonstrate that hybrid FRP confinement enhances the axial load-carrying capacity and increases the fracture energy and ductility index of the concrete.

Atomic structure and electronic properties of the intercalated Pb atoms underneath a graphene layer

Crushing mechanical responses of natural wood columns and wood-filled composite columns

Application of synthesized porous 3D graphene structure for electrochemical hydrogen storage

Study on mechanical behaviour of natural fiber reinforced vinylester hybrid composites
