Research on deformation resistnce of strip steel and rolling force prediction during cold roiling based on mile not roiling parameters

Summary: This article presents the results of plastometric studies on hot deformation and studies on the hardening curves in cold deformation of EP450-Sh and EP823-Sh steels used in contemporary nuclear reactors. Scientific information obtained using the Gleeble 3800 thermomechanical process simulator served as the basis for designing rational modes of pipe extrusion with the required quality level, while effective modes of cold rolling of pipes from these steels were developed based on specifying the aspects of hardening during cold deformation.
