Summary: This study compared the effectiveness of combined linked color imaging and Endocuff-assisted colonoscopy in improving adenoma detection rates. Results showed that the LCI+EAC group had the highest ADR and pADR, with a significant difference in pADR compared to standard HD colonoscopy. However, the combination did not significantly improve overall ADR in high-ADR performers.
