A target-induced amperometic aptasensor for sensitive zearalenone detection by CS@AB-MWCNTs nanocomposite as enhancers

Summary: A novel signal-on aptasensor for highly sensitive detection of ZEN was reported in this research, utilizing a target-induced amplification strategy. The sensing platform, composed of chitosan functionalized acetylene black and multi-walled carbon nanotubes nanocomposite, showed exceptional detection performances with a wide linear range and low limit of detection. Given its great sensitivity, excellent selectivity, satisfactory stability, and reproducibility, this method could have promising applications in detecting ZEN and other biomolecules.

Summary: A novel nano-electrocatalyst based on Cu5V2O10 was fabricated and used for the examination of mefenamic acid in real samples for the first time. The operating conditions of Cu5V2O10 nanostructures were investigated, and the modified carbon paste electrode exhibited excellent sensing capabilities for drug detection. The nanostructures offer great potential for electrocatalytic activity in biomedicine applications.
