Exonuclease III-Driven Dual-Amplified Electrochemical Aptasensor Based on PDDA-Gr/PtPd@Ni-Co Hollow Nanoboxes for Chloramphenicol Detection

Summary: A hierarchically porous Zr-MOE-labeled electrochemical aptasensor utilizing PtPd@Ni-Co hollow nanoboxes and poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride)-functionalized graphene was developed for ultrasensitive chloramphenicol detection. By incorporating hierarchically porous Zr-MOFs as signal probes and employing Exo III-assisted cyclic amplification strategies, the aptasensor demonstrated satisfactory sensitivity in a wide linear range and a low detection limit. The signal amplification strategies employed in this study effectively improved sensor performance, offering a new avenue for the development of ultrasensitive sensors in food analysis.
