This work aims to develop methods for increasing the production of heavy crude oil while optimizing energy costs. Various methods for recovering heavy oil from deep reservoirs have been studied. Based on the developed methods, dynamic models describing the behavior of the temperature field in the tubing have been obtained, and estimations of thermal deformation have been carried out. Additionally, fundamentally new devices based on these dynamic models have been successfully obtained and registered for automated process control systems.
