Summary: The micellization behavior of two binary mixtures of anionic and nonionic surfactants was studied, showing differences in synergistic effects, antagonism, nonideal mixing, and ideal mixing. The dependence of mixed micelle properties on the composition in aqueous solution can be explained by electrostatic interactions, steric effects, and micelle structure. Thermodynamic parameters were used to analyze energy differences and verify micellization behavior, revealing different energy contributions in the two binary mixtures.
