Posterior insular activity contributes to the late laser-evoked potential component in EEG recordings

Mustafa Ahmed Mahmutoglu et al.

Summary: This study aimed to model posterior insular activity in EEG recordings, showing that the activity in this region contributes significantly to the late part of the LEP. Modeling the late LEP activity may help differentiate posterior insular activity from other ongoing cortical activity.
