Summary: During the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, telephone appointments in a menopause clinic had high patient satisfaction, with the majority preferring this visit type. However, a minority of women still preferred in-person visits. Factors associated with in-person visit preference include shorter commute time, less time away from work, and lower cost of attendance.
