Electrocatalyst based on Ni-MOF intercalated with amino acid-functionalized graphene nanoplatelets for the determination of endocrine disruptor bisphenol A

P. Arul et al.

Summary: In this study, controlled growth of Ni-MOF on amino acid-functionalized graphene nanoplatelets was achieved by a solvothermal approach. The resulting nanocomposite showed a stable response and wide linear range for the oxidation of bisphenol A. The presence of hydroxyl and epoxy functional groups restricted the uncontrolled growth of Ni-MOF, leading to improved electrochemical properties.
