Characterization of genes associated with TGA7 during the floral transition

Xiaorui Xu et al.

Summary: The study reveals the important role of the TGA7 gene in floral transition in Arabidopsis thaliana, regulated by both autonomous and thermosensory pathways. Through differential gene expression analysis, it was found that FLC and MAF5 genes may be primarily responsible for the delayed-flowering phenotype in tga7.
