Long-term follow-up of endometriosis surgery in Ontario: a population-based cohort study

Summary: The study found that only a small percentage of endometriosis patients who undergo hysterectomy surgery require repeat surgery, but up to one in four who undergo minor surgery and one in five who undergo major conservative surgery with ovarian preservation may need additional endometriosis surgery.
