Smart business: the element of delay in the future of smart tourism

Summary: Smart business development in tourism companies is currently limited and expected to continue to be slow in the future. This study found that the integration of information and communication technologies (ICTs) and smart tourism is not a priority for most companies. Tourists' extensive use of smartphones mainly impacts tourism resources, and the consolidation of smart tourism destinations will shape the future design of smart business.
