Diversity Wanted! Utilizing Transdisciplinary Scholarship on Structural Inequality to Educate Psychology Graduate Students

Summary: The scholarship of teaching and learning (SoTL) should focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice in order to advance the field of psychology. However, the current graduate curricula lack research on structural inequality and exhibit exclusionary practices. By introducing a new required graduate course, Diversity, Systems, and Inequality, this problem can be addressed and teaching can be enhanced through inclusive and critical thinking assessments.
