Summary: This study examines the association between corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance and firm performance in the tourism, healthcare, and financial sectors, as well as whether CSR committees moderate this association. It found that the financial sector benefits more from CSR performance in generating firm value compared to the tourism and healthcare sectors. Establishing CSR committees in the tourism sector is crucial for enhancing firm value, while in the healthcare and financial sectors, CSR committees currently do not contribute to achieving higher market value.
