Summary: An electrochemical DNA biosensor was developed for DAM detection using DNA tetrahedron recognition and SiO2@Au core/shell nanoparticles amplification technique. The sensor showed high sensitivity, specificity, repeatability, and stability, with a detection limit of DAM activity reduced to 0.0005 U mL(-1). This novel sensor has great potential in designed drug therapy and clinical diagnostics.
