Summary: Public health is a significant challenge in today's society, and early diagnosis and treatment of cancer are a priority. Magnetic nanoparticles have great potential in various biomedical applications. This study focuses on the polymeric coating of superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles and analyzes their performance in resonance imaging, magnetic hyperthermia, and biosensing. Different types of fatty acid coatings were examined, and their characteristics were evaluated.

Summary: A new concept of magnetic focusing was proposed to target and accumulate superparamagnetic nanoparticles in living organs through composite configurations of different permanent magnets. Various setups were tested to maximize magnetic driving force and a non-symmetric configuration of mixed shape permanent magnets showed promising results for further in vivo experiments.

Patients presented with symptoms such as cough and fever, and the most commonly prescribed antibiotics were quinolones and beta-lactams.
