AutoDTI plus plus : deep unsupervised learning for DTI prediction by autoencoders

Seyedeh Zahra Sajadi et al.

Summary: A method based on deep unsupervised learning called AutoDTI++ is proposed for drug-target interaction prediction. The method includes three steps: pre-processing the interaction matrix, introducing the AutoDTI approach, and post-processing the Model output. Experimental results show improved prediction performance compared to other algorithms, with good performance achieved in ten-fold cross-validation on standard datasets.
