Cognitive function, fatigue and Fazekas score in patients with acute neuroborreliosis

Summary: This study found that cognitive functions are not affected in patients with acute neuroborreliosis, but fatigue is common. Patients with acute neuroborreliosis reported significantly higher levels of fatigue compared to the control group, while there were no significant differences in the mean scores of neuropsychological tests between the groups.
