Effect of potassium solubilizing bacteria (Bacillus cereus) on growth and yield of potato

Summary: Potassium solubilizing bacteria significantly enhance the growth and yield of potato plants, as well as increase the availability of potassium in the soil. The application of PSB also results in higher uptake of N, P, and K by potato plants, leading to increased tuber yield.

Summary: Hydrothermal time (HTT) and halothermal time (HaloTT) models were utilized to quantitatively analyze the impact of temperature, water potential, and NaCl concentration on canola seed germination. It was found that the base, optimum, and ceiling temperatures were 4.6, 28, and 35 degrees Celsius, respectively, with ageing affecting these temperatures.
