Lunar meteorites from northern Africa

Summary: The study found that approximately 27% of African meteorites are typical feldspathic lunar rocks with similar bulk compositions. These meteorites have a wide range of whole-rock mole% Mg/[Mg + Fe] and do not correlate with albite content of plagioclase or concentrations of incompatible elements. Some of these meteorites are believed to originate from different regions of the lunar highlands.
