The Impact of Moisture and Number of Contact Points on the Process of Friction in Plant Granular Materials

Summary: Friction in the transport and storage of granular plant materials in the energy and food sectors was studied in relation to moisture content and contact points. Results showed that friction increased with higher moisture levels and more contact points. Correlation and regression analysis was conducted for the data obtained.
