Eco-friendly ultrafast self-powered p-Si/n-ZnO photodetector enhanced by photovoltaic-pyroelectric coupling effect

Electrical property investigation of the Au/n-Si and Au/PVA plus benzimidazole Co complex/n-Si diodes under ultraviolet illumination

Illumination and voltage effects on the forward and reverse bias current-voltage (I-V) characteristics in In/In2S3/p-Si photodiodes
