Taming identical particles for discerning the genuine non-locality

Seungbeom Chin et al.

Summary: This work presents a comprehensive approach to analyzing entanglement between subsystems generated by identical particles using SEA and microcausality, while amending the NLA method for quantifying entanglement of any type of identical particles, especially fermions with the parity superselection rule. The formal correspondence between identical and non-identical particle systems is useful for quantifying non-locality generated by identical particles, such as the violation of the maximal CHSH inequality and the GHJW theorem of identical particles.

Graph picture of near quantum networks and entanglement

Seungbeom Chin et al.

Summary: This study presents a mapping process of linear quantum networks to graphs and introduces the concept of the perfect matching diagram, providing a powerful tool for analyzing and designing LQNs to generate multipartite entanglement. The PM diagram offers rigorous criteria for the entanglement of LQNs and solid guidelines for designing suitable LQNs for genuine entanglement.

Efficient linear-optical generation of a multipartite W state

Pawel Blasiak et al.

Summary: The proposed scheme efficiently generates multipartite W states for an arbitrary number of qubits, utilizing particle indistinguishability as a valuable resource of entanglement. It demonstrates competitive success probability compared to existing proposals and remains efficient for both bosons and fermions.
