Ultrathin 2D NbWO6 Perovskite Semiconductor Based Gas Sensors with Ultrahigh Selectivity under Low Working Temperature

Summary: In this study, 2D all-inorganic NbWO6 perovskite nanosheets with thicknesses down to 1.5 nm were synthesized by liquid exfoliation, showing high selectivity, sensitivity, and fast response in hydrogen sulfide detection. This work highlights the potential of low-dimensional, nontoxic, and wide-bandgap perovskite semiconductors for high-performance gas sensors working in ambient conditions.

A low-applied potential non-enzymatic glucose sensor based on CuS-NWAs demonstrates high sensitivity, low detection limits, fast response time, and excellent performance, with sensitivity optimization achieved by adjusting electrodeposition duration. The 2-D CuS-NWAs have potential to be a new system for high-performance electrochemical sensors with superior properties of selectivity, stability, and reproducibility.

Facile One-pot Synthesis of Hollow-structured CuS/Cu2S Hybrid for Enhanced Electrochemical Determination of Glucose
