Impact of Dislocation Density and Mobility on Yielding Behavior in Quenched Medium-carbon Martensitic Steel Tempered at Low Temperature

Hiroyuki Uchima et al.

Summary: The effect of dislocation density and structure on the yield stress of middle-carbon martensite steel was studied. It was found that the dislocation density decreased and the dislocation component ratios changed with increasing tempering temperature.
