Toxic seaweed dermatitis is a rare irritant dermatitis caused by toxins of the marine cyanobacterium Lyngbya majuscula after sea bathing in tropical areas, resulting in papular and bullous lesions mainly in the genital area, but severe ocular lesions can also occur.
