Influence of cycle numbers on optical parameters of nanostructured Bi2S3 thin films using SILAR method for solar cells light harvesting

M. Bouachri et al.

Summary: Bismuth Sulfide thin films were synthesized using a modified SILAR method, followed by post-annealing treatment, and characterized for their structural, morphological, and optical properties. The annealed layers exhibited improved crystallinity and higher absorption coefficient in the visible range, with a tunable band gap energy value depending on the number of SILAR cycles.
