Guoli Fang et al.

Summary: The new Z-scheme TiO2/g-C3N4/Bi2WO6 ternary heterojunction synthesized through a simple hydrothermal method exhibits enhanced photocatalytic activities for organic pollutants under visible light irradiation. This enhancement is mainly attributed to the decrease in recombination of photo excited hole-electron pairs, enhancing the lifetime of photo induced charge carrier, and the combined action of active species promoting the photocatalytic process.
