Attacking Deep Reinforcement Learning With Decoupled Adversarial Policy

Summary: In this work, a novel Decoupled Adversarial Policy (DAP) is proposed for attacking Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) mechanisms. The DAP decomposes the adversarial policy into two sub-policies: one to determine if an attacker should launch the attack, and the other to determine the action the attacker induces the victim to take. Extensive experiments on different Atari games show the effectiveness of the proposed method, which can simultaneously implement real-time and few-steps attacks, outperforming existing methods.

MAS-Encryption and its Applications in Privacy-Preserving Classifiers

An Efficient Satellite Resource Cooperative Scheduling Method on Spatial Information Networks

Summary: The study proposed a method based on dynamic reconstruction of resource request queues and autonomous coordinated scheduling of resources to address the low timeliness issue of resource scheduling in spatial information networks. By leveraging graph theory, the study solved the link resource planning problem during inter-satellite data transmission and designed a multi-satellite resource scheduling algorithm with minimal time consumption. Empirical comparisons showed significant advantages of the proposed approach in terms of performance and time consumption during resource scheduling.

Deep reinforcement learning for computation offloading in mobile edge computing environment

Summary: This paper proposes a learning-based mobile fog scheme with deep deterministic policy gradient algorithm to improve the fog resource provisioning performance of mobile devices. The scheme models offloading computing as Markov Decision Processes, realizing offloading among different network states without knowing the transition probabilities, and uses the DDPG algorithm to address the state spaces explosion issue and learn an optimal offloading policy on distributed mobile fog computing. Simulation results show significant improvement in performance compared to traditional methods.
