Improving the electromagnetic compatibility of electronic products by using response surface methodology and artificial neural network

Ching-Hsiang Chen et al.

Summary: The study aims to use the Taguchi Method for parametric design in the early stages of product development, improve electromagnetic compatibility, and reduce costs and labor consumption. The optimal parameter set is determined using principal component gray relational analysis, response surface methodology, and artificial neural network. These parameter designs can effectively enhance EMC, meet customer requirements, and pass tests.

Ultrahigh and Tunable Electromagnetic Interference Shielding Performance of PVDF Composite Induced by Nano-Micro Cellular Structure

Yang Yang et al.

Summary: Porous PVDF/CNTs/urchin-like Ni composites with different cell sizes were fabricated through supercritical CO2 foaming. The results showed that microscale cell structure is beneficial for improving the EMI shielding performance. Furthermore, the density of the composite was reduced significantly by the supercritical CO2 foaming process, and the specific shielding effectiveness reached a high value.

Analysis and design for constant current/constant voltage multi-coil wireless power transfer system with high EMF reduction

Zhichao Luo et al.

Summary: This study focuses on the performance of constant current (CC)/constant voltage (CV) charging in the electric vehicle wireless power transfer (WPT) system under misalignment, especially for the multi-coil WPT system. It introduces a resonant tank compensation methodology for the exciter-quadrature-repeaters (EQR) transmitter-based multi-coil WPT system to achieve high power factor CC/CV charging with low leakage flux over a wide misalignment range. Experimental results show that the EQR transmitter-based WPT system achieves high coil-to-coil efficiency and reduces the leakage flux density compared with the existing three-coil system.
