Resveratrol alleviates zea-induced decidualization disturbance in human endometrial stromal cells

Sitong Yao et al.

Summary: This study investigated the effects of the mycotoxin zearalenone on decidualization of human endometrial stromal cells, revealing that ZEA inhibits the decidualization process through nuclear translocation of ER alpha. However, this inhibitory effect can be attenuated by an estrogen receptor antagonist, and resveratrol administration can restore impaired decidualization by inducing the antioxidative gene GPX3.

MiR-182 inhibits proliferation, migration, invasion and inflammation of endometrial stromal cells through deactivation of NF-κB signaling pathway in endometriosis

Min Wu et al.

Summary: The study revealed that miR-182 targets RELA directly and inhibits the NF-kappa B signaling pathway, thereby attenuating the proliferation, migration, invasion, EMT, and inflammatory response of endometrial stromal cells in endometriosis.

Imperatorin alleviated endometriosis by inhibiting the activation of PI3K/Akt/NF-κB pathway in rats

Tengyun Ma et al.

Summary: The research demonstrated that imperatorin significantly inhibits the growth of ectopic endometrium in experimental endometriosis rats. It may regulate inflammatory response and cellular function by primarily affecting multiple pathways. Imperatorin is considered a significant multi-target natural active ingredient for treating endometriosis.
