Summary: The once-daily application or lower-frequency use of chlormethine gel (CG) with adjunct topical corticosteroids (TCS) showed efficacy in early-stage MF patients, with cutaneous irritant or allergic contact dermatitis being the main side effect that can be managed by adjusting application frequency or adding TCS.
