Summary: A retrospective cohort study was conducted to evaluate breakthrough Delta variant infections in vaccinated healthcare workers at medical centers with high vaccination rates for COVID-19. Few work-related secondary cases were found, and most breakthrough cases were attributed to unmasked social activities outside of work.
